On January 6, GAC Toyota Fenglanda was officially listed. A total of 5 models of the new car were launched, priced at 125,800-169,800 yuan. The new car adopts the design of the Japanese Corolla CROSSS in appearance, based on the GA-C platform under the TGNA architecture, and is positioned as a compact SUV. Only the 2.0L model will be launched in the early stage, while the hybrid model is expected to be launched within the year.
Fenglanda adopts Toyota's latest family design, the wide honeycomb-like grille is very eye-catching, and the fog lights are arranged on both sides of the middle net, widening the lateral visual effect of the vehicle. The new car's mid-mesh adopts a relatively stout design, and the visual effect is more tough. In terms of body dimensions, the length/width/height are 4485/1825/1620 mm and the wheelbase is 2640 mm.
In the interior part, the overall central control design of Fenglanda has a high degree of similarity with Leiling, and the overall design is decent, highlighting simplicity and practicality. In terms of configuration, the new car will be equipped with a dashboard with a 7-inch TFT screen and a 9-inch central control screen, and the central control system integrates voice navigation and Carplay/Carlife mobile phone interconnection functions. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with a panoramic sunroof, streaming media mirrors, inductive power tailgate, and electric adjustment of the main seat.
In the power part, the new car is equipped with a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine with a maximum power of 126 kW and a peak torque of 209 N·m, matching the CVT gearbox.
