1. Driving a vehicle that does not match the type of quasi-driving

The owner of the vehicle completely exceeded the allowable driving range of the C2 driver's license, and the driver's license was deducted once it was found to be 12 minutes. Now there is a new adjustment to the deduction penalty, such violations are no longer deducted 12 points, only 9 points will be deducted after being discovered.
2. Driving without a license plate and obscuring the license plate
The license plate is like the identity card of the vehicle, the vehicle driving on the road must hang the license plate, and it is illegal to have no license plate, cover the license plate or deface the license plate. Domestic road monitoring is very developed, the cars on the road are basically under surveillance, and problems with the license plate will soon be detected.
China's penalties for unlicensed driving and obscuring license plates are very severe, and 12 points are deducted at a time. However, sometimes the owner does not intentionally cover the license plate, and deducting 12 points is too wrongful. Now the transport department has come up with a compromise and deducted 9 points.
Third, medium-sized and above bus drivers fatigue driving
In order to prevent driver fatigue driving, China's Road Traffic Safety Law stipulates that drivers driving buses of medium size or above cannot drive for more than 4 hours continuously. However, many drivers are reluctant to rest, and they have been driving for more than 4 hours, which has brought great safety risks to themselves and other vehicles.
The harm of fatigue driving is very large, and many of the major traffic accidents that occur on the highway every year are because of fatigue driving. Previously found that fatigue driving directly deducted 12 points, there is no room for negotiation. Now the deduction policy has been changed, and fatigue driving is only deducted 9 points. However, fatigue driving is very dangerous, everyone should not take personal risks, it is time to rest must be rested in time.
Fourth, the speed is more than 50%.
When driving school buses, medium and large buses, and dangerous goods transport vehicles on urban expressways and highways, they should drive in accordance with the speed limit regulations, and 12 points will be deducted for exceeding 50% of the speed limit. In order to reduce the pressure on the owner, the penalty of deducting 12 points has now been abolished and replaced by a deduction of 9 points.
5. Drive the school bus without permission
School buses are a special kind of operating vehicles, driving school buses requires obtaining a school bus driving qualification certificate, and driving a school bus without a driver's license is illegal. The transportation department stipulates that those who drive a school bus without a school bus driving qualification certificate will be punished with a penalty of 9 points.
Traffic laws are getting better and better, and there are more places to deduct points and fines, but traffic laws are also developing in the direction of humanization, in addition to canceling the deduction of 12 points, some violations have not been deducted points at all, and they have also reduced a lot of pressure on car owners.
