According to the public data, the vast majority of the 39 existing residential land in Anning City is located in the main urban area of Anning, and there are 27 existing residential land in the main city of Anning, with a total area of 112.0844 hectares, about 1681.27 mu; the remaining 12 cases are located in Taiping New Town, Anning City, with a total area of 90.1106 hectares, about 1351.66 mu.
According to the implementation cycle of each project, all residential land projects that have been agreed to start construction before 2022 have been launched and promoted, including many projects that have been agreed to start construction in March and April this year, including Anning Junfa City, ChuangjiashuFu and Golden Nianhua, which have also started in advance.
However, in terms of the agreed completion time, 13 residential project sites, including Hot Spring Valley, East Lake Shijia, Wuyue Huafu, etc., were not completed according to the agreed time. It is worth noting that the land for the sixth phase of the Hot Spring Valley project, which has been postponed for the longest delay in the agreed completion time, has been postponed for more than 5 years. According to the requirements of the project's agreed completion time, the land supply for the sixth phase of the hot spring valley was completed on December 4, 2013, and the construction was agreed to start on December 31, 2014, the overall project cycle was 2 years, and the original plan was completed on December 31, 2016, and the construction status of the project announcement was still "construction has not been completed", although the project has no "unsold housing area", but this seems to indicate that the land supply is 8 years, the construction has been started for 7 years, and the sixth phase of the hot spring valley that has been sold has been officially completed.
The health management center and the land use part of the same hot spring valley project were also not completed on December 28 last year according to the agreed time, and there were still 7.9108 hectares of houses with about 118.67 acres of land in the seventh phase of the hot spring valley that had not been sold.
