According to the Tianyancha App, on December 30, 2021, Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. applied for the registration of the "Smart Apartment Assistant" trademark, the international classification includes scientific instruments and communication services, and the current trademark status is in the application.

It is worth mentioning that in August 2021, Xiaomi invested in the establishment of Mi Apartment (Beijing) Commercial Operation Management Co., Ltd., whose business scope includes property management; rental of commercial buildings, office buildings, etc.
