Today we use the way to go all the way through Jiuzhu and finally to the county seat, in the strong wind we walk forward, to the first stop of the trip, the ancient Buddha Hall in Dongcheng Village, the ancient Buddha Hall is located on the Phoenix Mountain in the west of the village.
The founding date of the ancient Buddhist hall is unknown. Legend has it that in ancient times, the cliffs on this place collapsed, protruding a hill, shaped like a Buddha statue, known as the ancient Buddha, and a temple was built. Yuan, Ming, Qing, and all have been rebuilt. The Nanxuan and the two halls on the existing central axis are the remains of the Yuan Dynasty, and the remains are Ming and Qing buildings. The three temples are all suspended peaks, with regular materials, exquisite craftsmanship, and strict cross-structure. The structure of the beam frame in the hall is simple and has the characteristics of the Yuan Dynasty. The top of the temple is made of glass snouts, dragons, phoenixes, lions, elephants, immortals, samurai, pegasus and other components, which were fired during the Ming Dynasty, with fine patterns, vivid appearances and rich colors. Standing on the Phoenix Mountain, looking around at the sky and the clouds and smoke everywhere. This reminds me of Xipo Village, which is not far from here, where legend has it that Empress Dowager Cixi's hometown, where she spent her childhood and adolescence, when her life was very difficult, and there was a Tang Locust tree in Xipo Village that required several people to hug. Phoenix Mountain, Tang Huai has always been haunting in my mind, it seems that the rise of Cixi, in addition to personal efforts, like this heaven, the geographical advantage also played an important role, so now I believe that the "feng shui" theory is definitely not superstition, but a broad and profound great university.

After descending the Phoenix Mountain and continuing to the south, the scattered ancient buildings everywhere make people feel the thickness and longevity of this land. It wasn't long before I came to Nancheng Village, and the attraction here is the Nancheng Tunnel. This tunnel was built in 1969, in response to Chairman Mao's call, the whole village spent 29 days and nights to build this tunnel of thousands of meters, all over the village. Inside the tunnels are grain processing plants, supply departments, medical cooperatives, grain reserves, steam (diesel) oil reserves, conference rooms, health clinics, canteens, wells, eye-turning, shooting holes, traps, holes in holes, security rooms, and even the "Underground Great Wall" of the underground Ecstasy Array.

Leaving Nancheng, we turned southeast to Xia Huo Village, which is the hometown of Hu Fuguo, the former secretary of the provincial party committee, and what attracts us here is the Anle Temple. Anle Temple, formerly known as Huiguang Temple, was founded in 938 AD, that is, five generations later Jin Tianfu three years, the original site is a Buddhist hall, east and west built monks' houses, once had a gathering of high monks, incense flourishing in the past glory.
Later, due to the war and the erosion of wind and rain, the temple was damaged several times, and there were repairs in successive generations, but on the eve of liberation, only the nave remained, and it was also dilapidated. In 1996, ground was broken, and the mountain gate, the second floor of the bell and drum, the jizo hall, the garan hall, the Maitreya Buddha Pavilion, the Daxiong Treasure Hall, the monk's house, and the zhai hall were renovated and rebuilt successively.
By August 2007, the third largest building on the central axis of the temple, the Pilu Hall, was completed, and the Buddha statues were invited or remodeled successively, and the temple murals were painted, recreating the relics of the Song Dynasty and the Buddhist style, marking the completion of the ten years of construction of Anle Temple, and the appearance of the temple was renewed. In August 2007, when the preliminary construction of the temple was completed, it was renamed Anle Temple after the suggestion of the local people, taking the meaning of national well-being, social harmony and people's living and working in peace and contentment.
Of course, when we come to Anle Temple, we most want to see the jade Guanyin statue enshrined in the Guanyin Hall, worth more than 100 million.
The Hall of Guanyin is located in the west courtyard of Anle Temple, the main hall stands on a high platform with cornices and the corners are very majestic, push open the gate to enter the hall, and face the jade Guanyin standing solemnly on the lotus platform, which makes people feel awe. The whole jade Buddha is almost two meters high, and the jade color is exquisitely smooth in workmanship, which is a fine piece of jade carving. On the four walls of the main hall, there are nearly a thousand gilded Buddha statues, which can be described as a thousand Buddha halls.
