MoP (® Management of Portfolios) defines project portfolio management as "a coordinated collection of strategic processes and decisions that work together to achieve the most effective balance between organizational change and day-to-day business." Provide senior executives and decision makers with all the transformative activities of portfolio management, including what is in the portfolio, costs, risks faced, progress being made and impact on operations, and the strategic objectives of the organization. It is also prepared for MoP Foundation and Practising Level Certified Candidates.

What are the requirements for applying for MoP?
No requirements, it is recommended that senior personnel with many years of project management experience in English apply
How many levels are there in the MoP exam? How many questions?
MoP F Basic Certification 60 single choice questions in English, 36 questions and above are passed correctly, the exam time is 1 hour, and it is possible to take the Avay offline paper exam or online computer test.
MoP P appraisal level is 70 english scenario multiple choice questions, correct answers to 42 questions and above can pass the exam, the exam duration is 2.5 hours, come to Avay offline paper exam or online computer test is OK.
How to make an appointment?
At any time, offline paper or online computer test, 5 working days before the test to take the test. Our homeroom teacher will be responsible for helping to take the exam on behalf of the candidate.
Is there a paper version of the certificate?
MoP is certified by The UK Axelos (UK Government and the certifications are approved by Axelos.).
Does MoP certification need to be maintained?
No renewal maintenance required
