The Post: Crystal Palace and Brighton are both interested in signing Nketia this month, but face competition from pharmaceutical companies

According to the Daily Mail, Crystal Palace and Brighton are both interested in signing Arsenal striker Nketiah this month, but they need to face competition from Bayer Leverkusen, while bundesliga clubs want to pre-sign Nketiah as the winger and Gunners' contract expires this summer.

In recent months, Nketia has repeatedly turned down contract extensions offered by Arsenal, and the lack of playing time may be the main reason for his reluctance to renew. Last summer, Crystal Palace and Brighton also tried to sign Nketia, and there were media reports that Vieira's team and the striker had reached an agreement on personal terms at the deadline of the transfer window, but the deal ultimately failed.

This season, Nketija has yet to start in the Premier League for Arsenal, making just three appearances on the bench. However, in the League Cup, he scored five goals in 3 appearances to help the team reach the semi-finals. Since making his first-team debut under Wenger in September 2017, Nketija has scored 18 goals in 71 games for the Gunners.
