Here's the thing, several tourists from Wuhan, Hubei Province, are preparing to visit the crater scenic spot in Muji Township, Aktao County, Kezhou. The vehicle was on the way, accidentally fell into the quagmire, unable to move, just when they were helpless, the Kirgiz herdsman Abdulgapal Maund and his friends who were riding a motorcycle took the initiative to lend a helping hand, after more than an hour of repeated attempts in the muddy water, the car finally succeeded in getting out of trouble. In order to express his gratitude, the tourist immediately intends to pay him. The herdsmen were momentarily confused, waved their hands, and showed off the party member badge on their chests.
Why are the party member badges lit up? According to my speculation, it may be because Mandarin is not standard, and in the face of a tourist who sincerely gives money, he does not know how to express it in words, and does not know what to prove himself. So he braced open his clothes, pointed to the party member badge at the heart, and told the tourists: I am a member of the Chinese Communist Party.
Such a scene makes many people break the defense, and many netizens sigh: This is the real faith! And salute his pride! He wears a Kyrgyz characteristic felt hat, his ultraviolet tanned face shows simplicity and persistence, and his two bright eyes reveal perseverance!

According to follow-up reports, Abdul Gapal Maunder is a Kyrgyz herdsman with 23 years of party experience, served as a border guard for 12 years, and has been volunteering to guard the crater scenic spot in the village for many years. The video was taken in July 2021, and just the day before, he was named an outstanding communist.

This reminds me of Manas, one of the three heroic epics of our ethnic minorities. This epic, which has been passed down from generation to generation, depicts the immortal deeds of Manas, the legendary heroic leader of the Kyrgyz people, leading his descendants to eight generations to resist foreign enslavement and aggression, and singing the spirit of patriotism and heroism.
Manas sings, "You have broad shoulders, you're a hero on horseback... My homeland is vast and beautiful, and the Kyrgyz people welcome you... The story of the hero Manas, let us always be connected by flesh and blood." I think Abdul Gapal Maund has inherited this spirit of loving his country and hospitality.
In Xinjiang, there is no shortage of tearful stories. In July this year, I had the opportunity to go to Hotan with Xinjiang TELEVISION to shoot, visit veterans of the corps, and listen to their stories.
Shahai veterans were officers and men of the original 5th Division and 15th Regiment of the Second Army who entered Xinjiang, and the predecessor of the 5th Regiment of the 5th Division of the Second Army was the 719th Regiment of the 359th Brigade of the Eighth Route Army. The 359th Brigade was a heroic unit known for its ability to conscript good warriors, formed during the Jinggangshan period, and was the main force of the Sixth Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army led by Ren Bishi, Xiao Ke and Wang Zhen, and participated in five anti-"encirclement and suppression" and 25,000-mile long marches.

During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the 719th Regiment of the 359th Brigade successively advanced into North China to open up anti-Japanese base areas behind enemy lines, participated in the large-scale production movement in Nanniwan, and completed major operational tasks such as "returning from the south to the north" and "breaking through the Central Plains."
At the end of November 1949, a counter-revolutionary riot broke out in Hotan, and the Fifteenth Regiment of the Fifth Division stationed in Aksu undertook the task of urgent counterinsuguage. In order to complete the task as soon as possible, the commanders and fighters of the Fifteenth Regiment resolutely chose to cross the Taklamakan Desert, which lasted 18 days and nights, marched more than 790 kilometers, and entered Hotan in time to quell the rebellion.

"On the 9th day, the water with me ran out and many comrades fainted. Only kill camels and war horses, drink blood to quench thirst! Everyone hugged the horse's neck and cried, reluctant to ah! A platoon leader named Li Ming was an old eighth-way, combat hero who served as a containment mission and fainted in the desert, buried by the wind and sand. The enemy did not expect us to come so soon, and was so frightened that he surrendered his gun. Commander Ichino Peng Dehuai and Political Commissar Xi Zhongxun sent a telegram praising our regiment for creating an unprecedented march record and paying tribute to our glorious soldiers! Veteran Yang Shifu recounted the experience and said excitedly, "We are an iron-blooded army, and we have never been intimidated by difficulties."
The military merit badge on the chest of the veteran soldier Zhang Yuanfa was like a fan, and the bell sounded as soon as he walked. He had many military medals, more enamel jars, towels, vests, and once there were 4 couples in the regiment who got married, and he sent 4 vests at once. Yang Shifu recalled the scene at that time and still remembers it vividly.
After entering Hotan, the officers and men of the Fifteenth Regiment changed jobs on the spot and established the Forty-seventh Regiment of the Fourteenth Division. Since then, the hero has always remained on the frontier of the motherland, defending the country all his life, and faithfully fulfilling his mission until the end of his life.
From entering Xinjiang in 1949 to retiring and dying, the vast majority of veterans of the Forty-seventh Regiment have never left the regimental field, and even the city of Hotan, which is more than 60 kilometers away, has not been. They are like desert poplars, silently guarding the land under their feet.
Xu Anlu, a veteran soldier, used a war horse plow to open up the wilderness in the year of large-scale production, because the war horse had never pulled a plough, did not adapt, pulled an iron plough and ran wildly, and the coulter cut off his leg, causing him to be injured and disabled...
Listening to these stories, I seem to go back to that era, feeling that in the difficult years at that time, they were stoic and tenacious, indomitable, and every soldier had a dream of a rich country and a strong army, so that the country was no longer trampled.
I think I will always remember this history, and their spirit of hard work and never giving up will support me to move forward, spur me on to be a person who is not afraid of hardship, hard work and faith. There is a party in the heart, everywhere is home!

Brahma Khan Mauledo, a border keeper known as "Aunt Donggurama". She guarded the border for 42 years, from the age of youth to the silver wire, and dedicated the most beautiful youth to the long border line of more than 1190 kilometers.
In 42 years, she has picked up countless stones along the border, and engraved the word "China" in Kyrgyz and Chinese on each stone. She is an ordinary Kyrgyz woman who writes about her love for her country in the most simple way.

Amal Yiti, who guarded the grave of his comrades-in-arms for 47 years next door, accompanied the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country. He is a veteran who moved into the Martyrs' Cemetery in 1970 with his wife and six-month-old child, who kept it for 47 years. Like a red willow in the Gobi, he accompanied loneliness and hardship, and bloomed with an amazing light of life. To this day, his son has taken over his job and continues to uphold the family's mission.

Razini Bayka, "Pamir Eagle" and "Model of the Times", in order to save the children who fell into the water, insisted on nearly 10 minutes in the cold and bone-chilling ice water, used his last strength to push the child out of the ice, and then fell into the cold lake, and finally froze his life in the posture of lifting the child out of the water. In the face of the test of life and death, he gave the hope of life to others, kept the danger of death to himself, composed a heroic song, and erected an immortal spiritual monument.
