FPX's lineup at S11 is quite luxurious, with last year's champion Nuguri and the previous year's four champion starters. On paper they were undoubtedly Galactic Battleships, but the overall state of the team was not good, and they failed to achieve good results.
After S11 ended, the FPX was almost completely disbanded, and only the AD player Lwx remained.
Despite losing several of its strong core players, the FPX remains one of the LPL's best teams.
Xiaolaohu
Xiaolaohu got the start this season and played really well in a few innings he came off the bench as Nuguri last year.
Xiaolaohu is very good at cutting the back row, very stable on the line, and most importantly, he is still very young, and perhaps, he is better suited to this FPX than S11's Nuguri.
Beichuan
At S11, Beichuan made his debut as a substitute for the FPX. He prefers Assassins to other warriors.
This is obviously his shortcoming, in the LPL, everyone is more inclined to team battles, Beichuan is not very good at team battles, he prefers to play small-scale 2V2 or even 1V1, he is also very young, can be improved later, in order to control the wild area.
Gori (Italy)
At the moment, Gori's performance is not good, it is difficult to believe that he is the player who won the most MVP votes in the LCK division in the S11 season, probably because he did not adapt to the LPL and he did not like to play the group very much.
Lwx
Lwx is definitely a strong player, and his showdown with Jackeylove also makes people understand, champion AD has absolutely no jerks, and Lwx proves that he is one of the best ADC in the LPL.
His strong performance is like a statement that he will beat all his former teammates who left the FPX.
Hang
Hang is not a rookie, he has been playing the LPL for two years, but he is only 18 years old this year. His style of play is aggressive and offensive, and his habit has been a good fit for this team after coming to FPX, and there is no doubt that he and Lwx are one of the most surprising downside combinations of the year.
FPX has a lot to do in the future, they have been in a slump since S9, and although their lineup was almost disbanded last season, they don't seem to have plummeted, and in the new season, they are still one of the best teams in the LPL.
