Cabernet Sauvignon and White Jade have their own sweet tastes, and the old King of The Cabernet Sauvignon, born in 1979, is now in his prime and still bears fruit. Under the guidance of the staff to help prune, the scissors are very stress-reducing, and I unconsciously want to cut a ridge.

The sun shines on the terroir of the 40° north latitude fed by the Sanggan River, the legendary 2 million-year-old soil of the nihe ancient fossil group, and the unique microclimate environment of the Sanggan River basin, which has created the typical majestic style of the Great Wall Sanggan Winery: rich in layers, clear skeleton and rich taste.

In 1979, the Great Wall Sanggan Winery opened the history of Chinese winery wines by brewing China's first bottle of international standard new process dry white wine. Today, there is not only a museum telling the history of Chinese wine, but also a huge underground wine cellar for tourists to visit and store wine for guests.

This is the second time to come to Sangan, this time participated in the fun DIY session, personally prepared a bottle of their own wine, from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, choose the right ratio, matching the most suitable mulberry wine for yourself.

Whether it is pruning in the Vineyard or DIY in the cellar, I am deeply nostalgic for those trips in champagne, cognac, Alsace and other wine regions.
