Fragmented beauty

Sometimes, I even believe that only broken things are beautiful.

I like broken branches and dead leaves, I also like the rusty bells of the old temple, the broken doors and the decadent walls; I like the courtyard is deep and the autumn grass, the stone steps are slanted and the jade fence is broken, I like the cloud cold star, the moon is missing, the roots and stems are exhausted, the willows are broken; I even like a bottle with a missing mouth or a squashed jar that is silently rolling on the ground and then standing still. Whenever I see these trivial things, I always stare at them intently, looking straight at them into a far realm. I don't know if I have a kind of psychology, but I do believe deeply that what is broken is more real and deeper than what is complete. Broken things are thus printed with overlapping imprints of life, so thick, so eloquent, so beautiful!

Fragmented beauty
