On December 31, Capital State learned that the enterprise investigation showed that iQiyi's stake in Galaxy Internet TV Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Galaxy Internet TV) dropped from about 13.64% to about 10.13%.

In addition, the shareholding ratio of Jiangsu Changjiang Media Co., Ltd. decreased from about 36.36% to 27%, the shareholding ratio of Dr. Peng Telecom Media Group Co., Ltd. decreased from about 9.09% to 6.75%, the shareholding ratio of Yangguang New Media Culture Media (Beijing) Co., Ltd. increased from about 40.91% to about 46.13%, and the shareholding ratio of Yangguang Cloud Number (Zhejiang) Culture Media Co., Ltd. was added, holding 10%.

At the same time, the registered capital of Galaxy Internet TV increased, from "160 million yuan" to about "178 million yuan".

According to the enterprise investigation, Galaxy Internet TV was established on July 25, 2012, the legal representative is Zhang Jun, the registered capital is about 178 million yuan, and the business scope includes the production and distribution of cartoons, feature films, TV variety shows, etc., mainly to provide users with customized information services including video on demand, carousel, wonderful review, feature application, community information application, business application, online payment, game application, etc.

iQIYI was established on March 27, 2007, the legal representative is Geng Xiaohua, the registered capital is 30 million yuan, and the business scope includes technology development, technical consulting, technical services, etc. The company is wholly owned by Geng Xiaohua. The company has 76 foreign-invested enterprises, of which 49 are related companies in the cultural, sports and entertainment industries.
