Recently, someone shared a short demonstration video of the mobile app version 4.4.2 trip planner. According to the video, you just enter the address and the planner calculates the route, adding any necessary supercharger stations included. You will then be given an overview of the itinerary detailing the time required and the ride. Then you can simply click on the "Send to Car" button to do this and be ready to navigate when you get into the vehicle.
If you're wondering why this feature only appears in China, it's probably because Tesla uses Baidu Maps in China and Google Maps elsewhere. With Baidu Maps, Chinese car owners can also select alternative routes after entering their destinations, and the visualization on the screen shows a magnified and more detailed view of the exit and exit ramps.
