I had two separate surgeries, bilateral excision, and classification of the second degree. After surgery, chemotherapy, and now I continue to take endocrine drugs.
Although we have become "young grandmothers", we are women, and it is the nature of women to love beauty. On the road to fight cancer, we have survived strongly. The rest of life should continue beautifully.
If you dress yourself up beautifully, your mood will be particularly beautiful. You say yes or no? Below I will share my experience with the sisters on how to choose cosmetics, wigs, prosthetics and other products.
1. During chemotherapy
My chemotherapy medication is doxorubicin, commonly known as the red potion. The damage it does to my skin is that my skin darkens, especially my limbs, and then I feel that the surface of my skin is thinning, and my face is always swollen red.
During this period, our skin is relatively fragile, so try not to use any cosmetics, wash your face with water. If the skin is really dry, you can use some skin care products with less chemical components for infants and young children to keep it moist. I was using Yu Meijing's products.

Before chemotherapy, I cut my hair short and prepared a medical ice cap to reduce and prevent hair loss during chemotherapy. Fortunately, my hair is not very badly missing. This side effect varies from person to person.

2. End of treatment
Almost a year after the end of the treatment, we can choose more types of cosmetics. But also keep in mind that those containing the following ingredients cannot be used:
1. Contains parabens
Parabens can act like estrogen, interfere with the endocrine system, and cause abnormal secretion of estrogen in the body.
We breast cancer patients should check the ingredients before choosing cosmetics, and if cosmetics containing parabens, it is recommended not to use them.
2. Hormones
Cosmetics containing hormones, the skin will be dependent on hormones, may also lead to higher levels of hormones in the body, prompting breast cells to become cancerous.
Therefore, when we choose cosmetics, do not buy hormone-containing ones.
Some sisters will say, is there a hormone, he will not tell you, will not write in the ingredient list ah?
Then I tell you, acne, freckles, whitening, wrinkle removal cosmetics you do not buy, because these cosmetics contain hormones.
3. Formaldehyde, heavy metals
Formaldehyde is mostly used in toners, moisture masks and other products, which can play a role in antiseptic and disinfection. However, its strong odor causes irritation to the mucous membranes of the eyes and the upper respiratory tract.
Heavy metal substances such as lead, aluminum, arsenic, mercury, copper, etc. in skin care products can cause harm to human health, and even cause teratogenicity and carcinogenesis.
Cosmetics containing such cosmetics cannot be used by normal people, let alone people like us.
In addition, if you are estrogen-oriented, cosmetics containing cucumber seed extract, orange peel extract, and yellow barberry extract should also be used sparingly.

However, in my opinion, unless you have a very rich family, I will not buy this kind of prosthetic milk.
