Taiwan tea variety - large leaf oolong

"Large-leaf oolong" is a shrub type, a medium-leaf species, an early-growing tea plant, suitable for making oolong tea and black tea. In appearance, the "big leaf oolong" leaves are slightly larger, the leaf flesh is thick, the leaf color is dark green, the tea bud is green and white, the leaf shape is oblong, the tip is prominent, the serrations are blunt and sparse, and there is no obvious serration near the petiole.

"Big Leaf Oolong" has strong adaptability to the environment and is the main tea plant variety made into high-fermentation tea in the eastern tea region of Taiwan, such as the familiar names of Taiwanese tea in mainland China, "Hualien Honey Fragrant Black Tea" and "Taiwan Red Oolong".
