Shangri-La in the summer is still cold, and the first meal to arrive at Shangri-La, I chose the Silk Road snack opposite the inn, which was also recommended by the inn owner and said it was delicious.

The snack bar with small shop is mainly based on hot pot, and you can also choose a set menu, and four people choose a meal for 4-5 people. The environment of the small shop is still quite clean, very simple, wooden tables and chairs, the location is not much, it is nearly 8 o'clock, only we have a table in the dining.
Yak beef in the pot is the bottom of the hot pot, the yak beef inside is not too much, if you want to eat enough, we eat a small amount of people also need to come to two portions, it can be said that the amount of dishes in the scenic spot is not large, may also be because the yak is more expensive, the portion is relatively small. I thought that the yak beef we would not be used to eating, did not expect that the yak stew here is very soft and rotten, the taste is not bad, the taste will not be too heavy, the taste is also good, the soup is more oily, for people who eat lightly, may be a little unaccustomed.
The set menu is also accompanied by black fungus, tomatoes, local greens, mushrooms, and after eating yak, pour these vegetables into the boil, and the hot pot with the smell of yak is also delicious.
The most unique thing is that the hot pot here has dipping sauce, but I don't know what is added inside, and I didn't understand it too much, but there are many ingredients and the taste is good.
The favorite is the barley cake here, with a little sweetness, a faint barley aroma, a crispy crust, a soft inside, the more you eat the more you love.
The local butter tea is also very delicious, packed in a golden teapot, drinking a cup on a cold day, bringing a strong warmth to the stomach, especially the rich milk aroma, which is really lovely.
Although it is a place with a strong commercial flavor, consumption is still relatively affordable compared with first- and second-tier cities.
