Shams: The Cavaliers will sign Malik Newman to a 10-day contract with a difficult exception

Live Bar Dec. 29 According to Shams, sources revealed that the Cavaliers will use the hardship exception to sign a 10-day contract with guard Malik Newman.

Newman, 24 years old, 1.91 meters tall and weighing 86 kilograms, plays as a defender on the field and is a losing draft in 2018.

Newman has played in 13 games for the Cavaliers' Development League teams this season, averaging 17.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists, shooting 42.3 percent from three-point range.
