In our textbooks, there was a place name slag hole, which was a concentration camp built by the National Government in Chongqing to detain arrested Communist Party members, and Jiang Jie was one of the detained members. Here, in order to interrogate the underground party intelligence of the CPC, the members of the Kuomintang military command severely tortured Sister Jiang, and for the sake of the revolutionary cause, Sister Jiang never gave in, and finally here Sister Jiang and a number of martyrs were killed by the Kuomintang.
Before her death, Sister Jiang wrote a letter to her son, in which sister Jiang told her son to have the courage to temper himself, to do his best to build a new China, and to fight for the construction of communism at all times. This letter of great writing went through several twists and turns, and finally brought out the slag hole, and then it was brought to Sister Jiang's cousin.
Sister Jiang's son is named Peng Yun, and although his father and mother are revolutionary martyrs, Peng Yun ultimately failed to live up to the expectations of the state. The state once sent Peng Yungong to study in the United States, but after completing his studies, Peng Yun did not return to China, but stayed in the United States to live, so Jiang Jie's expectations for her son were disappointed. Peng Yun's son, Peng Zhuangzhuang, was intelligent and studious since childhood, so he successfully entered Harvard University and later became a doctorate at Princeton University.
Different from his father's ideas, Peng Zhuangzhuang gave up his high salary and comfortable life abroad after graduation, but resolutely chose to return to China, and since then he has focused his career and life on China. Peng Zhuangzhuang's job is to provide advice and solutions to the government, and although he is not as bold as his grandmother and grandfather, he is doing his best to work for the people's livelihood in China. Peng Zhuangzhuang used his meager strength to work hard for China's socialist construction, and he did what his grandmother expected, and he also fulfilled his grandmother's last wish for his father.
