According to the latest report from well-known Italian journalist Skira, AC Milan hopes to bring in Lille's Dutch centre-back Botman in the winter window on a rent-before-buy basis, but Lille wants to sell it directly for 30 million euros.
With Danish centre-back Kyal injured, Milan are looking to strengthen their centre-back position in the winter window, with Lille's Dutch centre-back Botmann at their favourite target. According to reporter Schilla, the Milan hierarchy is currently actively operating the winter window to sign Botman, and director Masala has held talks with the player's agent. Milan wanted to bring in Botman on a rent-before-buy basis for a loan fee of €2 million, with a €25 million buyout clause in the lease contract, but Lille priced Botman for €30 million and was only willing to sell it directly.
