At about 0:40 a.m. on July 11, the law enforcement personnel of the Haicheng First Workstation of the Beihai Coast Guard Bureau found a suspicious cargo speedboat when patrolling the waters near the outer sand of Beihai City, and immediately carried out interception and inspection, and found that the speedboat was loaded with a batch of suspected smuggled cattle blinds, and the driver of the speedboat could not show the legal and valid documents of the cargo, and the law enforcement personnel immediately seized 1 high-speed speed boat in accordance with the law, arrested 2 criminal suspects, and the goods involved in the case were about 5 tons, with a total case value of about 800,000 yuan.

At about 23:00 on the evening of the 11th, the Second Workstation of the Beihai Coast Guard Bureau learned that there was suspected smuggling activities near a seawall in Hepu County, and the station immediately studied and judged the police situation and sent law enforcement personnel to investigate.

After investigation, the car carried more than 6,700 cigarettes such as Zhonghua, Furong King, Nanjing, and Hongshuangxi, but there were no legal procedures and certificates.
