2. The fetal spots are obvious
Fetal spots refer to the black or brown area of the upper part of the fin of the mother fish near the anus. Observant fishermen will find that the color of this location varies from light to dark, and the fetal spots will change from small to large. When the mother fish is pregnant for a longer time, the color of the fetal spots will become heavier and heavier. Wild-colored female fetal spots turn black, white daughters have dark brown spots, and sometimes the eyes of small fish can be seen. For some vitreous species, it is easier to observe, through the photo magnification, you can fully see the shape of the small fish, then you are not far from the harvest.
3. There is a bulge in the anus
The female is smooth at the anus before it is produced. Whenever the female fish is about to give birth, a very obvious feature will appear, that is, the anus is slightly raised, which requires the experience of breeding enthusiasts to carefully observe the female fish many times to master. Some of the bumps are obvious, and some are not particularly prominent, which for novices need to be compared with the usual time to see. Often the female fish has this kind of performance in the anus, then it is eight or nine inseparable.
4. The female fish is restless
When the female fish is about to give birth, due to the pain in the abdomen, it often appears restless, jumping up and down, not loving to eat or attacking other male fish chasing it. Some females also appear to break away from the group, sticking in the corners of the tank and waiting to give birth on their own. However, the birth of multiple female fish, the probability of restlessness will become smaller, regardless of whether other fish are around it, should eat, should be born, eat and have children without delay.
