Live on 23 December – In one of the matches of this round of La Liga, Real Madrid played Athletic Bilbao away from home, during which Courtois's goal was pierced by the opponent.

It was Courtois's second time conceding a goal after a gap of 538 minutes and a new record for his longest consecutive non-conceding goal at Real Madrid, which had previously been 535 minutes.
