Because Hua Guangpu's "Catalogue of Chinese Silver Coins" mentions an important evidence, a scholar named Wang Wusheng in the Qing Dynasty left a record that reads: Governor Kang Yi ordered the production of 30,000 coins for the celebration of Empress Dowager Cixi's 60th birthday, but because of the defeat in the Sino-Japanese War (1894), it was not shipped, and almost all 30,000 coins were melted, leaving only more than ten pieces as samples to seal.

1. The Shanghai Museum has two pieces in its collection, one "Yang Edition" donated by Mr. Shi Jiagan in 1998 and recorded in the "Examination of Modern Chinese Coinage". A "yin edition" was donated by Mr. Li Weixian after liberation and is recorded in the book "Numismatic Master Ma Dingxiang".
2. Geng Ed had an orphan lead-quality Yang edition in his old possession, which was later exchanged by Mr. Ma Dingxiang and passed on to his son Mr. Ma Chuande.
3. Legend has it that the famous Rothschild family collected two pieces, but there is no evidence, so they ignore it.
