Katrina wakes up at 6:30 a.m. every morning, prepares the clothes that her husband Russ will wear, then makes breakfast and prepares lunch for her husband with a lunch box.
After breakfast, she would do 15 minutes of gentler exercises such as stretching, warming up, or climbing that were popular in the United States in the 1930s and 1950s
Katrina also has an old-fashioned wooden slant on which she does core sports such as sit-ups for 10 to 15 minutes every day to stay in shape and allow her to wear vintage dresses from the 1950s.
After the exercise, Katrina would go upstairs to take a shower and then paint a full vintage makeup.
After that, Katrina will continue to do the chores such as laundry, dusting and sweeping the floor to make sure everything in the house is kept tidy.

Between about 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., she started cooking again to make sure everything was ready before her husband, Russ, left work, and most of what she cooked was American 1950s dishes like stews or chicken pies.
When her husband Russ returned home, Katrina originally wanted to help her husband hang up his coat, but Russ liked to do it herself, and Katrina said she didn't mind. She said: "I read in a book in the 1950s that if a man wants to hang his coat, then you let him hang it himself, don't feel like he's not doing a good job. ”
At this point, if dinner is not ready, Katrina will pour her husband a glass of water and prepare a plate of snacks such as cheese, dried fruit, or nuts.

Caterina said, "I like old-fashioned values such as being a housewife, taking care of the family, keeping the house comfortable and clean, which makes everyone feel at ease. ”
