Tesla pushes Christmas car updates, bringing new UI, light shows and many other features

IT House December 21 news, near Christmas, Tesla is launching a 2021.44.25 update for car owners, bringing a number of features, including new games and some other interesting features.

The 2021.44.25 change log is as follows:

Light show

At any time of the year, watch your Tesla dance with a choreographed light show. Open Toybox, tap on "Light Show" and follow the instructions. First introduced as a Tesla Model X in 2015, it is now available to everyone.

Customizable app launcher

Drag and drop your favorite apps anywhere in the bottom menu bar for ease of use. To customize your menu bar, press and hold any icon, then drag to reorder. To adjust temperature controls, such as heating the seat and defrosting, tap Temperature or swipe up from the bottom of the screen.

Simplify control

Displays have been simplified to focus on navigation, media, and the most common key functions.

Dark mode

Now you can switch to the dark-themed display. Tap "Control" > "Show" > "Appearance" and select "Dark".

Blind spot camera

Now, as soon as the turn signal is activated, you can automatically see a live camera view of the blind spot. To enable, tap the control button > Auto Auto > Auto Blind Spot Camera.

Edit travel points

Easily rearrange or add multiple travel points to your route and update arrival times. To add a travel point, or edit an itinerary, launch a navigation route and click the More Options button on the steering list.

TIKTOK

At the Tesla Theater, you can now watch TikTok from a touchscreen. To start, tap the theater icon from the bottom bar and select TikTok while your car is parked.

Improvements in cold weather

Override low battery preset condition blocks: Now, when your battery is in a lower charging state, you can preset the cabin from the Tesla app. Simply open Climate from the Tesla app and tap "Yes" in the confirmation window that pops up to override the previous settings.

Note: To protect the car battery, the climate will remain unusable in extremely low battery situations. This feature requires version 4.4.0 or later of the Tesla mobile app.

Automatic seat heating: The first row of seat heaters now automatically adjusts the seat temperature according to the set temperature of the cabin environment and climate control. To access the seat heating control, tap Temperature Settings to bring up the HVAC panel.

Note: The HVAC system must be in automatic condition to use automatic seat heating.

Manage dashcam video clips: Easily delete all dashcam video clips directly from the touchscreen by clicking on the > Safety > Dashcam > Delete DASHC clips.

Hide map details

Simplify your navigation app by hiding map details by tapping the pin button on the map.
