Live Bar December 21, the Daily Mail reported that the Premier League's Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have all been fined by the UEFA Disciplinary Committee for fan riots during European matches.

On 24 November, when a fan broke into the Stadium during a match between the Etihad Stadium and Paris Saint-Germain, UEFA ruled that City would be fined 5,000 euros. Liverpool were fined the same in a similar incident in an European match between Anfield and Porto, while the visiting team Porto was fined 45,000 euros for too late tee time.

On 4 November, Spurs beat Vitesse 3-2 at home in the Europa League Cup, and during the match, Tottenham was fined 5,000 euros, in addition, Spurs were fined 2,750 euros for throwing things in the stands. Vites fans were fined 5,625 euros for throwing debris, and 5,000 euros for fan riots.

Scotland's Glasgow Rangers and Celtic clubs have also been fined by UEFA. On 25 November, during bay games in Bayer Leverkusen's Europa League home match, Celtics fans threw objects and fireworks into the stadium, and the visiting team was fined 30,375 euros and 7,750 euros respectively.

Rangers were fined 6,000 euros for fans littering in their 2-0 win over Sparta Prague at Ibrooks Stadium. Meanwhile, the Irish Football Association was awarded euro 2,500 euros by UEFA for having fans enter the playing field at The Tallaght Stadium in Dublin on 12 November.
