In order to improve the legal literacy of rural party members and cadres in our county, promote the construction of rule of law villages, and help rural revitalization. On October 29, Xu Rongji, a full-time member of the Procuratorial Committee of the Daxin County People's Procuratorate and director of the First Procuratorial Department, was invited to the Naling Township People's Government to give a lecture at the "Naling Township 2021 Rural Party Member and Rural Revitalization Talent Training Class".
Director Xu Rongji first introduced the internal institutional setup, functions and responsibilities, and convenience service measures of the people's procuratorate, and taught the general procedures and time limits for handling ordinary criminal cases, as well as the usual sentencing standards for common criminal acts. Then analyze the dangerous driving, transporting others to sneak across the border, help information network criminal activities and other criminal acts with a high frequency of occurrence in our county and townships in recent years, and explain in detail what is telecommunications network fraud, the common means of telecommunications network fraud, how to identify and prevent telecommunications fraud, etc., guide everyone to install and register the "National Anti-Fraud Center" APP, and remind everyone to improve the awareness of telecommunications network fraud prevention, strengthen personal information protection, and enhance anti-fraud capabilities. Finally, he explained the various situations in which village cadres constituted crimes abusing public office, and warned all party members and cadres participating in the training to adhere to the bottom line of the law.
The party members and cadres participating in the training said that this lecture has enabled them to have a basic understanding of the people's procuratorate, a better understanding of the procedures for handling common criminal acts and criminal cases, and they are determined to set a good example in the future work, strive to be grass-roots cadres who study the law, understand the law, abide by the law, and use the law, do a good job in publicizing and educating the villagers on the law, contribute to promoting the process of legalization of rural governance, and help rural revitalization with effective rural governance.
