It was taken over by Zhongshan Wilson Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. ("Scott Wilson"), which was also one of the main creditors of the original project. On April 11, under the witness of the owners, creditors and representatives of the Party Committee and Government of Triangle Town, the Qiyue Garden Project was renamed "Jinsha South Bank" and officially resumed work.

The project is currently the largest real estate restructuring project in Triangle Town, with a planned construction area of 340,000 square meters. According to the plan, after the project is restarted, it will be divided into six phases of construction and development, and all development and construction will be completed within the four-year reorganization period, and the project will be built into a high-end commercial and residential complex.
"Thank you to the owners, creditors for their support and understanding! Project restructuring negotiation is a long and complex process. Although the reorganization plan has undergone several twists and turns, the party committee and government of Triangle Town have always taken the hearts of the people as their hearts, not abandoned or given up, actively won the strong support of the Municipal Intermediate Court and other departments, avoided one shot and one broken, and did their best to respond to the demands of the owners and effectively protect their rights and interests. Landmark projects become "problem real estate"
Qi Yue Garden, located on the right side of the main road from Jinsan Avenue to the foot of HuangshaLi Bridge. As a landmark project built by Triangle Town, the project history can be traced back to February 18, 2011, by Zhongshan Hengtong Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengtong Company") through auction for four state-owned land use rights, planning to build a 340,000 square meters of large city covering an area of about 100,000 square meters, integrating five-star hotels, fashion shopping and high-end residences. Subsequently, due to the poor management of Hengtong Company, which led to the failure of the project, Hengtong Company was also ruled by the Zhongshan Intermediate People's Court for bankruptcy reorganization. In January 2016, the project was completely stopped, and in September of the same year, it was included in the Zhongshan City Problem Building.
The rotten tail of Qi Yue Garden not only makes it a "scar" towering in the important image area of Triangle Town, but also affects the owners and surrounding residents. It is understood that the project has been built and sold more than 50,000 square meters, involving more than 200 owners.
The south bank of Jinsha will be built into a high-end commercial and residential complex integrating residence, shopping, leisure, entertainment, catering and hotel.
"Most of them are down payments, and some are even in full. After getting the land record, we have been paying off our mortgages for more than five years. Yan Weifeng, who has worked in Triangle Town for more than a decade, is one of the owners of Qiyue Garden, and around 2014, he bought a house for a total price of 360,000 yuan. Yan Weifeng said that this suite is intended to be used to live in, hoping that the project restructuring can be successfully completed, and the owners can get the property rights certificate as soon as possible.

At the launching ceremony, Mr. Sun, the owner of the community, was very excited, and many owners also said that a "big stone" that had been hanging in their hearts for many years had finally landed.

"Zhang Weihuan, deputy mayor of Triangle Town, lamented in his speech that the reorganization of the project is particularly difficult - after 5 years, the majority of owners and creditors have gone from initial helplessness to later unity of purpose, actively cooperating with and relying on the Triangle Town government." After experiencing the creditors' self-rescue period, the court's conditional auction promotion period, the bankruptcy reorganization period (two reorganization failures), until today's official resumption of work, all of which are inseparable from the understanding and support of the owners, and also inseparable from the social responsibility spirit of the reorganization parties such as Scott Wilson and Dianbai Erjian Group. At the end of the speech, Zhang Weihuan once again thanked the owners and the reorganization party.
"As soon as the Spring Festival holiday ended, our team rushed from Zhuhai to the Zhongshan Triangle to further connect with the relevant departments for approval of the reorganization plan." Zheng Wei, head of Scott Wilson, introduced that the company was originally the contractor of Qiyue Garden and one of the main creditors of the project.
The project restructuring period is 4 years, and Scott Wilson will pay off the 400 million yuan of the reorganization debt within 2 years, and commit to a total investment of not less than 1 billion yuan for the construction of the project. "Strive to continue the construction of the first and second phases of Qiyue Garden within one year, as well as apply for real estate rights certificates, and deliver commercial houses to the owners who have purchased houses." "Hot potato" is expected to turn around gorgeously
It is worth noting that the restarted Jinsha South Bank project is the first real estate developed and constructed by Scott Wilson Properties in Zhongshan, and according to the plan, the project will be built into a high-end commercial and residential complex integrating residence, shopping, leisure, entertainment, catering and hotel.

Zhang Weihuan, deputy mayor of Triangle Town, said that the Jinsha South Bank Project is the only commercial and residential project in the Industrial Zone of Triangle Jiemin Village, across the river from Nansha in Guangzhou, in terms of transportation infrastructure construction, the main traffic road ring town road before the project has been included in the first phase of the EPC project for the construction of transportation infrastructure in Triangle Town, and plans to start construction this year, when it will dock with the Eastern Outer Ring Expressway, connecting the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel, and the geographical position is superior.
