According to foreign media reports on September 17, a British man recently planted 839 cherry tomatoes on a shelf, setting a Guinness World Record.

Douglas Smith, 43, planted coin-sized cherry sprouts in March, and after months of breeding, they climbed all over a truss. Douglas harvested these cherry tomatoes on the 17th, a total of 839, and he also said that the taste of these vegetables was "wonderful".
Douglas broke the record of 488 cherry tomatoes set by a man from Shropshire in 2010, almost twice as much as the previous record.
