ESPN reporter Woj reported that the Clippers traded Patrick Beverley, Lajeon Rondo and Daniel O'Tulu to the Grizzlies in exchange for Eric Bledsoe.
Woj said Bledsoe, 31, is expected to play a major role in the Clippers guard rotation. He averaged 12.2 points and 3.8 assists last season.
Journalist Michael Scotto reports that Bullard is happy to return to the Clippers. Bledsoe was drafted by the Clippers in 2010 and played for the team for three seasons before being traded to the Suns. Bledsoe was named to the All-Defensive Team twice in his career.
Bledsoe's 19.3 million-dollar contract for the 2022-23 season is only guaranteed 3.9 million.
