On June 20, the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Huining County held its 42nd meeting, at which the meeting deliberated and voted on matters related to the appointment and dismissal of personnel. It deliberated and passed the motion on the appointment and removal of Wang Ning and other comrades and the motion on comrade Niu Jun's appointment to the post, appointed Niu Jun as vice chairman of the Agricultural and Rural and Social Construction Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the Huining County People's Congress by show of hands, and appointed Wang Ning and 6 other comrades by secret ballot for relevant posts.
The conference issued letters of appointment to the newly appointed persons and held a constitutional oath-taking ceremony.
All members of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress attended the meeting, and deputy county governors of the government attended the meeting as observers.

Zhang Rui is the director of the Huining County Bureau of Commerce;
Wang Qingquan is the director of Huining County Bureau of Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism;
Li Yan is the director of the Huining County Rural Revitalization Bureau.
