What is Suqian? In Lou Qinjian's view, Suqian has a reform gene. Shangtang Town is located in the southwest of Sihong County, Suqian City, Shangtang Town Mat Lake is the birthplace of Jiangsu rural "big bag dry", known as "Jiangsu rural reform of the first village". In recent years, Suqian has focused on the construction of the "Jiangsu Ecological Park" and the development of the "Green Heart Zone" in Jiangsu, and has made every effort to create a "beautiful Jiangsu Suqian Model" that fully displays the green waters and green mountains and fully embodies the Jinshan Yinshan Mountains, and the beautiful pictures of the landscape and pastoral gardens are vividly displayed in the land of Western Chu. With the first achievement in the country to create a national civilized city, the second in the country through the review, Suqian civilization 20 articles, human feelings and new style "Su 9 articles" and other golden signboards have been widely praised, selected as the first batch of national social credit system construction demonstration cities, the degree of urban social civilization ranked first in the province for five consecutive years. The four-level public cultural service system in cities, counties and rural areas is more sound, the social governance system is becoming more and more perfect, and the public's sense of security continues to lead the province.
