The rule of law enters the campus
On June 1 this year, the newly revised Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors was officially promulgated and implemented. In order to further strengthen the sense of the Chinese national community and effectively implement the publicity of law popularization, on the afternoon of October 12, Toya, who is also the vice president of the rule of law of the Qi Mongolian School, gave a rule of law class on "Interpretation of the Detailed Rules for the Protection of the Newly Revised Law on the Protection of Minors" in Mongolian at the school.
The course mainly involves the six major protections in the Law on the Protection of Minors, including social protection, family protection, school protection, government protection, judicial protection, and network protection, and explains to more than 130 primary school students in grades 1 to 6 of qi Mongolian schools how to strengthen physical protection and protect mental health. The specific contents are: 1 Parents should perform their guardianship duties and custody obligations for minors; 2 respect, educate and guide minors; 3 respect the personal dignity and right to education of minors, and must not arbitrarily expel minor students; 4 protect the personal safety and health of minors in school activities; 5.
An autumn rain and a cold, although the weather gradually turned cold, but the enthusiasm of the cadres and policemen in our hospital for popularizing the law did not diminish. The Mongolian lecture was vivid in PPT, and the students responded enthusiastically, had an intuitive understanding of the Law on the Protection of Minors, and had a more comprehensive understanding of self-protection. In the future, our hospital will continue to carry out the vice president of the rule of law to enter the Mongolian school, pass on legal knowledge to more Mongolian students, and contribute procuratorial wisdom and strength to promote ethnic unity, escort the healthy growth of minors.
