On the morning of October 12, 2021, the Taibusi Banner People's Procuratorate led by the Flag Civil Affairs Bureau, the Education Bureau, the Youth League Committee, the Women's Federation, the Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Customs Work Committee held the second joint meeting on building a social support system for the judicial protection of minors in our hospital.
Director Duan Lina introduced the main work and achievements of the uninspected work since the establishment of the social support system, including innovating the form of "rule of law into the campus"; building a mock juvenile court in Qi No. 5 Primary School and carrying out simulation activities; actively striving for the support of the Flag People's Congress for uninspected work, the establishment of uninspected workstations and the completion of a team of caring teachers.
Departments also presented their work on minors. Xi Xiaobin, director of the Education Bureau, introduced: "Our bureau has been doing door-to-door education for disabled children, and will provide financial help for children in difficulty"; Fan Yuanzheng, director of the Civil Affairs Bureau, introduced: "Our bureau will give monthly subsidies to the 66 factual unsupported children currently recorded"; Xin Zhanhong, vice chairman of the Women's Federation, said that "we will ask the women's federations of all villages to report domestic violence every month, but the information obtained is limited."
Finally, the Procurator General of the Soviet Union made a concluding statement that day. He pointed out: "All departments are doing the work of protecting minors, but after all, their strength is limited, and they need the joint cooperation of all departments." For children who are unsupported in fact, we should not only provide material help, but focus on solving the problem of spiritual help for children; for those who have not played the guardian responsibility, we must pursue their responsibility; at the same time, we must further strengthen contact and communication, do a good job of information sharing, strengthen the linkage of sudden problems, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors; for those found due to the lack of guardianship, Clues that lead to juvenile delinquency or juvenile violations due to lax discipline may promptly report the basic situation to our hospital.
