I. Overview:

This range of highly efficient modified asphalt stabilizers is produced using a synthetic and compounding process. The reaction mechanism is: the stabilizer produces an active free group under certain thermal conditions, and cross-links and grafts with the molecular chain of the SBS polymer and the active functional group of asphalt, so that the polymer and the asphalt form a stable colloidal system, thereby improving the thermal stability of the modified asphalt, solving the problem of storage and segregation of the modified asphalt, and making the storage stability of the modified asphalt products reach more than 60 days. After the addition of the stabilizer, a stable phase interface adsorption layer is formed between the polymer phase and the basic asphalt phase in the modified asphalt, which reduces the surface tension of the phase interface and increases the affinity between the two phases; the number of SBS added and used can be reduced, and the comprehensive index of modified asphalt can be improved. The amount of product addition is only half of the original similar products, and the cost performance is excellent.

How to add
