The trees want to be quiet and the wind is not stopping!
Today, the international situation is becoming increasingly volatile, and chaos and crisis are spreading everywhere. In the "era of great changes", as one of the centers of gravity of world civilization, the Asian region will also face more challenges.
On November 12, three major events occurred around China, each of which highlighted the turmoil of the situation.

First of all, who did it? "Faucet theft" incidents occur frequently, and Japan is in a "copper shortage" dilemma.
On the 11th, according to Japanese media reports, there have recently been "faucet theft" incidents in various parts of Japan. Among them, in the cultural heritage collection library of Nagahama City, 8 washstands were violently destroyed, and all the taps on them "disappeared".
According to the police investigation, the suspect is a local couple, and the two have stolen 30 faucets in the surrounding area. After review, the suspect confessed that he was selling faucets to earn living expenses, and made a total profit of 400,000 yen.
It is reported that due to the epidemic caused by the interruption of overseas copper supply, coupled with the surge in demand for electronic products, copper prices have continued to rise. The stolen faucet is precisely made of brass casting, the material contains relatively high copper, so the recycling price is also "rising".
At present, according to the statistics of the relevant industry research institute, the copper inventory in the spot market will reach a record low at the end of this year. The price of copper, the price per ton has exceeded 70,000 yuan, has hit a new nine-year high.
What do you think about that?
1, as a large importer of resources, Japan faces many troubles.
As we all know, although Japan's mineral resources are relatively complete, the vast majority of reserves are very small. Among them, although there are more than 2,000 copper mining areas, they are indeed insufficient compared to the consumption of Japan, a world trading power.
2, with the advent of winter, power shortages are also restricting the supply of metal copper.
At present, due to the promotion of global carbon reduction actions and the shortage of energy supply chains, many countries are facing an "electricity crisis". The smelting industry is precisely a "big electricity eater", and the market situation of supply exceeding demand will continue for a period of time.
3, for the Japanese industry, "lack of copper" is not a small test.
It should be known that one of the "three pillars" of the Japanese economy is the automobile manufacturing industry, and Japan's electronics industry is in an important period of catching up. These two major industries have a lot of demand for metal copper.
Nowadays, many countries are in the predicament of "commodity shortage", and productivity is the largest "hard currency". If such an opportunity is lost, the road to Japan's economic recovery will be even more elusive.
Next, let's talk about the second thing, the South Korean prime minister apologized for violating the epidemic prevention regulations.
On the 12th, South Korean Prime Minister Kim Fu-kyun apologized to all the people at a government meeting about having dinner with university classmates in Seoul on the 6th and violating epidemic prevention regulations, and said that he would thoroughly reflect on himself.
It should be pointed out that since November 1, South Korea has shifted to the epidemic prevention model of "resuming daily life in stages". The model, which will be implemented in 3 phases, is currently in the first phase of a period of 6 weeks.
According to the regulations, the first phase will be relaxed, including the number of private gatherings in the Metropolitan Area, which will be relaxed to a ceiling of 10 people. The party that Jin Fuqian attended was exactly 11 people.
What is even more unacceptable is that the publisher of the "roadmap" for phased epidemic prevention measures is the South Korean Central Disaster Security Countermeasure Headquarters, which is headed by South Korean Prime Minister Kim Fu-hyun.
That is to say, as the leader in formulating epidemic prevention policies, Jin Fuqian is completely "aware of the law and breaking the law", and has played a very bad leading role.
In this regard, I would like to briefly talk about 2 points.
First, after the relaxation of epidemic prevention measures, the epidemic in South Korea is rebounding rapidly.
As of noon today, there were 2,368 new confirmed cases in South Korea and 475 critical cases of COVID-19, the latter once again setting a new record. What is more noteworthy is that the bed occupancy rate of critically ill patients has reached 58%.
It should be noted that according to the Plan of the Korean Government, if the bed occupancy rate exceeds 75% during the implementation of the new model of epidemic prevention, then the emergency plan will be launched.
Now it seems that although the Korean medical system still has spare strength, it is afraid that it is necessary to prepare for the worst.
Second, choose to "coexist with the virus", and the mistake will only make the people pay.
Speaking of which, there are many countries that have announced coexistence with the virus, the most representative of which are Singapore, Vietnam and other countries. But facts have proved countless times that "anti-epidemic" and "coexistence" are a paradox.
Obviously, the South Korean government has chosen to abandon the "zero clearance" policy out of economic and other considerations, after all, this goal is "difficult to go to the sky" for South Korea.
Sadly, the consequences of the South Korean government's mismanagement will ultimately be borne by the South Korean people.
Finally, a brief introduction to the third thing, India intends to build roads at the border, and there are many opposition voices in the country.
On the 11th, the Indian government told the Supreme Court of India that the "Chardam Highway Plan" previously released by the government is a very necessary project because it is conducive to the transportation of military equipment.
It is reported that the total length of the project is more than 900 kilometers, which can connect several major cities in the Indian state of Uttarakhand and also meet the strategic characteristics of "all-weather traffic".
However, the Indian government hopes to revise this plan in order to build the road wider until it can meet the transportation of 12.8-meter-long BrahMos missiles.
Therefore, the Supreme Court of India needs to hear the details before making a decision on whether to approve the amendment. In order to persuade the Supreme Court of India, even the Indian Attorney General, Venugupal, personally came forward.
But at the same time, environmental groups in India are strongly opposed, claiming that the plan to widen the road will damage the ecosystem and lead to large-scale landslides or other disasters.
It should be known that due to the recent rainstorm weather, there have been many landslide accidents in southern India, resulting in many unfortunate deaths.
Against this backdrop, India's Supreme Court has previously stated that "defence and environmental needs must be balanced," but also noted that this requires a "delicate" approach.
Obviously, india's top brass is ultimately in favor of widening the roads in the border areas in order to facilitate the deployment of weapons.
We have to guard against this!
