Forever 21 joins the Metaverse and Roblox shopping worlds

Metascope company Virtual Brand Group is partnering with Forever 21 to create a unique experience that allows you to run your own Forever 21 store within Roblox.

Your priority is to find a location for your store, and ideally, you'll want to find a scenic or crowded place in Forever 21 Shop City.

Each player will start with a blank glass store where they will use architectural themes such as Cottage Core, FutureScape, CyberPunk, Eco-Urban, and Malibu Mansion to create a cool fashion destination for their customers. It's up to you to place furniture, hang artwork, illuminate interior spaces, and choose some cool, funky music that your customers can feel when shopping. Each mission you complete will earn you valuable points that you can use to purchase new furniture and store displays from the Forever 21 flagship store.

In an official statement, VBG CEO Justin Hochberg said: "Metaverse is the most transformative innovation since the birth of the Internet. Roblox is one of the platforms that create the biggest business opportunities for brands, with more than 200 million players spending hours of social and digital life every day every month. That's why I created the Virtual Brand Group. Our partnership with Forever 21 marks not only one of the largest metaverse releases of the year, but also the first to combine the physical and virtual worlds. ”

Forever 21 Shop City will also feature stores designed by some of Roblox's most famous and influential people, such as KrystinPlays, Shaylo, and Sopo Squad.

The Forever 21 flagship store is located in the heart of Forever 21 Shop City. Here you can check out new items in your store, replenish inventory, mingle with other players, and even see the latest design elements available in your store.

Metacosm is becoming a very powerful marketing tool that will reshape the way consumers interact with the brands they love. One business expert believes that games, communications and advertising in the metaverse could be worth $82 billion by 2025.
