Tianfu Communications announced that shareholder Zhu Guodong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1% within two months.

The chairman of the company is Zou Zhinong. Mr. Zou Zhinong, born in April 1968, Chinese nationality, no right of permanent residence abroad, bachelor degree from Jilin University of Technology, major in mechanical design and manufacturing. Zou Zhinong entered the blower factory in Siping City, Jilin Province in July 1991, and successively served as a technical engineer and an engineer in the Computer Department. From July 1995 to September 2001, he was the general manager of Siping Volkswagen Computer Co., Ltd.; From October 2001 to June 2004, he served as the technical manager of Suzhou Haoyi Digital Network Co., Ltd.; In July 2004 and June 2005, he was appointed as the general manager of Suzhou Industrial Park Mingzhan Science and Technology Engineering Co., Ltd.
