In the second match of the second matchday of the Women's Volleyball Club World Cup, the Turkish Super League team Fenerbahce defeated The Brazilian Beach 3-1. The scores were 21-25, 25-23, 25-18 and 25-21. Fenerbahce's main attacker Fedorovtseva and receiver Lazareva both scored 28 points.

In terms of team statistics, Fenerbahce led 68-61 on the slam, 12-6 in the net, and 2-0 on the serve. The beaches were better controlled on the loss side, with 15 turnovers in the four innings and Fenerbahce sending 20 turnovers.
Fenerbahce's 17-year-old Russian main attacker Fedorovtseva scored 27 of 54 dunks, three of which were blocked, plus 1 serve, and scored 28 points. Another Russian star, who received Lazareva's 50-of-27, was blocked with 9 turnovers, plus 1 net, and also scored 28 points. Ida had 9 points, Naz 5 and Merija 3.
On the beach women's volleyball side, Martinez scored a team-high 24 points, 7 of 44 dunks and 7 of 23 mistakes, plus 1 net. Bouydges was blocked on 4 of 40 on 15-of-15 basis, and another 1 point was blocked, giving him the second-most 16 points on the team.
On the third matchday of the Women's Volleyball Club World Cup, Brazil Beach will face the recognized strongest Italian Conegliano, after Conegliano beat Fenerbahce 3-0. In The Group B match, Vakifer Bank will face Minas des Brazil and the two teams will compete for the top spot in the group.
