The semi-finals are a best-of-three format, with the two teams that win two games advance to the final, while the other two teams compete for third place.

A few notes from the Turkish League Organizing Committee about the competition:
1. If a player is infected or needs to be isolated due to the epidemic, the game will not be postponed, and the team that fails to finish the game will lose to the opponent 0-3;
2. The matches will be broadcast live on TV, because of the need for live broadcasting, the start time may be temporarily modified;
3. The team with the lowest ranking in the regular season will play the home game first, and the second and possible third rounds will be played at the home of the team with the highest ranking in the regular season. Teams that win two games advance to the final, or advance to the third- and fourth-place finals.
