Knicks: The team has discussed a trade internally to get Eric Gordon

According to Marc Berman, a reporter for the New York Post, the Knicks have discussed a deal internally to get Eric Gordon.

Gordon, who turns 33 this month, is not in the Rockets' rebuilding plans, and the Knicks have his good friend Rose, who played for the same AAU team as teenagers, and Rose recruited Gordon to join the Knicks in 2016.

So far this season, Gordon has played in 23 games, averaging 29.9 minutes per game, 15.1 points and 2.9 assists, shooting 48.4% from the field and 44.8% from three-point range.
