There were reports this week that Kevin Owens had signed a new WWE contract. After months of speculation about his future, the former global champion will remain at WWE.
In the latest episode of the Wrestling Observer radio show, Dave Meltzer reported that the contract kevin Owens signed was a three-year contract that would allow him to stay at WWE for the foreseeable future. Melzer added that it was a good deal, with Owens reportedly earning $2-3 million a year, and he thought it was signed a few weeks ago.
Melzer also said the amount is expected to be higher than the money he earns in the AEW. He did notice the salaries of some people inside the AEW, but not a lot.
According to figures brought by Wrestlenomics, WWE NXT attracted an average of 561,000 viewers this week, down from 590,000 last week.
In addition, this week's AEW Dynamite viewership was also released at the same time, which was 948,000, up from 861,000 last week.
