Carlos on Rekkles: It's unfair to blame him for the loss

Recently, G2 boss Carlos conducted a fan Q&A on Reddit, in which he talked about Rekkles, and he believed that Rekkles' failure to play was caused by various reasons on and off the field. But he doesn't know if switching to another AD player will give us better results. So I think it's unfair to him to blame Rekkles for all this.

AMA Host: A lot of people have complained that Rekkles don't get along well. A lot of people wonder why Rekkles, one of the strongest AD players in the West, left so quickly (or kicked out) after joining G2, one of the west's strongest teams.

Carlos: There are many reasons why Rekkles didn't play in G2, such as personality, game play, hero choice. I can only say so much, I can't cover all the reasons. In addition, in general, there are problems in team management, and Rekkles is accustomed to going to bed early and getting up early. The rest of the team prefers to get up late, doing things together in the evening, playing board games, or going out to dinner. Overall, I think the rekkles didn't play on our team for a variety of reasons, both inside and outside the arena. But I also have to be sincere, I don't know if another AD player will give us better results. So I think it's unfair to him to blame Rekkles for all this because I've witnessed the team's efforts over the past year, the operation of the team, the training of everyone, and so on. Based on what I've seen, I certainly know more than anyone on Twitter, and I'd say it's unfair to blame Rekkles for our team's 2021 failure. If we switch to a different ADC, we might get good grades, but I don't believe there's magic. Maybe changing to another AD can have better chemistry and better integration into the team, but this is not good for us, we will still play a mess. Seriously, I still prefer to stay at home than to be beaten up in the group stage of the World Stage.
