One of the positions on the studio's job list is "Multiplayer Designer", and the profile requirements for this position are "having been responsible for multiplayer design in commercially released games; experience designing multiple player rules, combat systems, progressions, and tutorial systems".

Specific skill requirements for this role include "multiplayer systems, balances, latency compensation, economic systems" and "social functions such as guilds, activities, and matchmaking.". It was also mentioned that candidates should be able to use Unreal Engine proficiently.
