According to the co-investigation report, at 6:40 on November 27, Duan moumou entered Shanghai from Canada on flight AC025 58H (the same flight as the confirmed case), and then quarantined in Shanghai for 14 days. During the quarantine period, four nucleic acid tests were conducted, all of which were negative, and the centralized isolation was lifted on December 11.

The notice shows that on December 11, Duan took the G1928 high-speed railway from Shanghai Hongqiao Station to Zhengzhou East Railway Station, and then transferred to the G6694 high-speed railway from Zhengzhou East Railway Station to Xinxiang East Railway Station.

After arriving at the station, his family drove the private car to Xinxiang East Railway Station, and Duan Moumou drove back to his home for home isolation, wearing masks when in contact with his family. At about 20:00 that night, he returned to his home in Andu Township, Weihui City, and did not go out.

The next day, Duan's relative Liu sent daily necessities to him at the gate, and the two did not meet; at about 16:00, there was a brief conversation with the neighbor Duan at the door, and the distance between the two was three meters.
