The tournament will kick off in June 2022 and the final round will take place in June 2023. As with the second edition (20-21 season), this season's competition consists of four divisions, with 16 teams in each of the first three divisions and 7 teams in the fourth division.
Specific rules:
There are 16 teams in each of the three divisions A, B and C, and each league is divided into four groups; the 7 teams in the D league are divided into two groups (one group of four teams; one group of three teams)
Teams in the same group at each level will play against all opponents in the group according to the home-and-away format, and the group stage will be divided into 6 match days, which will be played in June and September 2022.
The top of the four groups in the A-League will advance to the knockout round in June 2023, and the top group in the other three leagues will advance to this event in the 2024-25 season, while rising at the league level.
Similarly, the fourth place in each group in the A and B leagues will be relegated; the fourth place in the group at the C level will be relegated to the relegation play-off, and the two teams that lose will fall into the D class.
In addition, according to the results of the previous tournament, the promotion and relegation play-offs of the previous tournament will be played in March 2022, with the two groups facing Kazakhstan vs Moldova and Cyprus vs Estonia (the winner plays C level, the loser plays D level).
