System optimization upgrade announcement
Dear Customer:
In order to improve the overall service capability of our business support system and provide you with better service, our company will carry out a comprehensive upgrade of the system from 18:00 on December 16, 2021 to 10:00 on December 17, 2021. During this period, all channels and all business acceptance, reminder, payment, inquiry, complaint handling and other services will be stopped; the 10086 hotline manual service will only provide consultation and emergency stop and start-up services.
During the system upgrade, it will not affect your normal communication services (such as making/receiving calls, mobile Internet access, broadband Internet access, etc.). However, you will not be able to recharge and pay through various channels such as business halls, social agency service outlets, 10086, official APP, online business halls, WeChat business halls, etc. Therefore, please pay attention to the balance of mobile phone bill in advance, if the balance is insufficient, please recharge and pay before 17:00 on December 16, so as not to affect your normal use due to insufficient fees during the upgrade period.
The system upgrade is expected to be completed at 10:00 a.m. on December 17. Due to the large amount of system upgrades and transformations, there may be a delay in system recovery and related business SMS reminders that are not timely, please understand.
