Liu Jindong: Many fans who care about us also know very well, the cohesion of our team is very good, many players have left football before, have jobs, and this time they are back together, physical fitness and technology, there are some gaps. Liu Jindong: It should be said that I have a very good relationship with Tai'an football, when I was a player, Tai'an was the home of the Taishan Football Association Cup, and every year the FA Cup was in Tai'an, and I also came to Tai'an during the training. Tai'an's venue is at the foot of Mount Tai, this venue is also our blessed land, and the competition in Tai'an can basically be won. More than ten years later, I returned to Tai'an, Tai'an football needs a professional team, I heard the news, I am very happy, feel also with a mission, hope to be able to closely link Taishan football and Tai'an football again, this is my original intention.
Most Tai'an: From receiving the news to officially forming a team to play a game, it is not smooth sailing, in the process of forming a team and playing a game, what is the biggest feeling?
Liu Jindong: A lot of things have happened in more than five months, and the biggest impression on me is that it is completely different, after I came out of the Taishan Club, I thought about taking the team to the upward process, but I also found a lot of problems. The first is the reserve of personnel, when I first came, there were only 11 players, and after a month of formation, 7 of the 11 people did not stay, and it was only a short time to form the team. Liu Jindong: After chong B, I have had exchanges with investors, or I hope that investors will have a preparation and plan in their subjective consciousness and psychology. Subjectively there is going to be a shift, and I have communicated with investors in the hope that he can invest rationally. Of course, rational investment, first of all, the basic personnel and allocation must be done well, but in some other aspects, we can control some expenditures, let the club set a good goal in the first year of the second division, but also set a good expenditure situation, to be more rational, we must persist and continue to develop.
The most Tai'an: In fact, now Chinese football is also promoting diversified reform, the football team wants to develop, can not rely on only one company to adhere to, in the future development process, you think Taian Huawei still need to improve what places?
Liu Jindong: I still hope that the relevant departments, and even major enterprises, if they can, hope to give Taian Huawei more support. For Taian Huawei, just rushing to the second division, support will be a great driving force, multi-party support and assistance, can be football as the center, push on a larger platform, this is also my own biggest wish.
