Many women are always worried that they are not perfect, and public opinion and the people around them continue to remind: you must be comprehensive, otherwise you are not a qualified woman.
The movie "Bad Moms" is about three women who are dragged down by the "pursuit of perfection".
The heroine, Amy, has always been a perfectionist and seems to be a winner in life with a perfect life: a loving and handsome husband, a well-behaved child, a beautiful appearance, a successful career, and a good living condition.
However, the truth was that in order to maintain this seemingly glamorous appearance, her heart was already exhausted. And her husband's betrayal became the last straw that crushed her, and she began to abandon her past perfect self, no longer dedicating all her time to her husband, children and work, but bravely pursuing her own happiness.
Because she was no longer perfect at first, she was criticized by other "perfect mothers" in her children's school, but she finally admitted her powerlessness with a "I am a bad mother" speech, hit the heart of the "perfect mothers", and successfully elected as the chief of PTA.
In fact, the so-called "perfect mothers" in the film are all pretended, and they themselves are tortured to madness by "perfection".

Dare to constantly challenge yourself

In life, we will always face new setbacks and more difficult challenges, which require us to take corresponding methods to deal with, including staying healthy, giving ourselves room to grow, avoiding impulses and avoiding regrets, so that bravery becomes a lifelong habit. ”
A study by Harvard economics professor Claudia Goldin showed that women who earned a "B" in an introductory course in economics were more likely to change majors than those who received an "A," which could also be the reason why there were 3 times as many men as females in economics.
Usually, girls are afraid of tarnishing their grades, so they stay away from classes they aren't sure if they can get a high score, even though they may be very interested in the course. This continues until college graduates, and as a result, they automatically close the door to a career path they might like.
Girls are always worried that others will think they are stupid. This is one of the main obstacles girls face when they want to do anything brave, but they don't have to worry about it.
Liu Yuanyuan, the talented woman of Peking University and the overall champion of "Super Speaker", is a woman who dares to constantly challenge herself, and you can't even imagine that when she signed up for this speech competition, she was actually a zero-based speaker.
In her speech, she said: "Some people say that if you don't do it, you won't die, but I think you won't live without doing it. I do it myself, and I can take it upon myself. Rashma Sajani, founder and CEO of the nationwide nonprofit Programming Girls, shared her story of how she defeated the fear of failure and started a business from scratch, summing up the success experience as: Don't give up, don't delay, don't be afraid, action is enough.
In any case, it seems that she should never have started the "Programming Girls" organization, because she had never been exposed to the industry, did not know how to write code, and had never started a non-profit organization. But rather than being dissuaded by these fears, Rashma Sajani made several phone calls, asking for advice from some trusted and others, in increasing numbers. To that end, she spent a year meeting with everyone she knew to learn about the tech industry and girls' education.
As a result, Girls in Programming has grown into a global organization that equips more than 90,000 girls with the ability to work in tech.
While her founder wasn't sure what she was doing at first, what did it matter?
