According to BYD's official introduction, the delivery is the first time that the Philippine Manila Electric Power Company has purchased pure electric company cars in bulk, and it is also the first time in the history of the Philippines to publicly bid for pure electric vehicle models.
Perhaps domestic consumers feel relatively unfamiliar with BYD T3, after all, in China, it is only an electric closed van launched by BYD, and it is not publicly listed, and there are not many opportunities for ordinary people to contact it.

At present, the Philippines is promoting the "electric vehicle comprehensive development route" plan, and proposes that public parking must be equipped with a 5% charging pile ratio, and 5% of the government and corporate fleets within the specified time frame need to be composed of electric vehicles.
In fact, as early as 2013, BYD officially entered the Philippine passenger car market, and BYD's current market share of new energy passenger cars in the Philippines has exceeded 80%, ranking first in the Philippine market share.
